On instructions Mr.Sangeet, Advocate for the petitioner who is present in the Court states that the petitioner would approach the SDO, Buldhana for issuance of tribe certificate.

The tribe certificate issued to the petitioner by SDO, Aurangabad has been cancelled on the ground of jurisdiction. It is also stated that real brother, sister and real uncle of the petitioner have been issued the tribe certificate.

Tribe certificate is already issued to the petitioner by SDO, Aurangabad so also in favour of real brother, sister and uncle of the petitioner. Considering the above, we pass the following order.

ORDER

i.

The petitioner shall apply to the SDO, Buldhana for issuance of the tribe certificate. On receipt of the application the SDO, Buldhana shall issue tribe certificate to the petitioner of Thakur Scheduled Tribe within a period of two months from the date of receipt of application.

ii.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
