Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. The learned counsel appearing for the Applicants during the course of argument has not pressed for permitting withdrawal of the amount of the shares of minors. The learned counsel for the Insurance Company has opposed for allowing withdrawal of amount. However, for the reasons stated in the application, I am inclined to allow the present application. Hence the following order -

Applicant Nos.1 and 7 are allowed to withdraw the amount of their shares as prescribed in the

946 ca.8727.16.odt impugned award and in terms of the award alongwith proportionate interest.
