PER COURT:- 1.

We have heard Mr. Bachate, learned Advocate for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for the State. 2.

Mr. Bachate, learned counsel submits that the Education Officer is not considering the seniority of petitioner as per the circular dated 03/05/2019.

It is for the petitioner to challenge the seniority under Rule 12 of the M.E.P.S. Rules.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already approached the Education Officer and the hearing is also scheduled on 19th June, 2019.

Inter-alia, the parties before the Education Officer are at liberty to point out all the relevant aspects of the matter including the Government Resolution, Circulars and the judgments of this Court. The Education Officer shall consider the case of petitioner in accordance with law and policy, on its own merits expeditiously preferably within four months.
