VERSUS
Navnath Uttam Pingle & others RESPONDENTS .......
Mr. N. L. Jadhav, Advocate for the petitioners Mr. V. B. Anjanwatikar, Advocate for respondents No.1 and 2 .......
[CORAM : SUNIL P. DESHMUKH, J.] DATE : 29 th JUNE, 2016 ORDER :
1.
Heard learned advocates for the parties quite at some length.
2.
Looking at the disputed facts and looking further at that Regular Civil Suit No.113 of 2014 is for injunction simplicitor and albeit it is being contended on behalf of the petitioners that such a suit is not maintainable and further at that regular civil suit No.191 of 2014 is pending before the parties in the same court, I deem it appropriate that the lis itself as is pending be disposed of expeditiously.
{2} wp5931-16 3.
Writ petitions as such, are not being considered on merits and are being disposed of by directing disposal of regular civil suits No.113 of 2014 and 191 of 2014 pending before Civil Judge, Junior Division, Shirur Kasar, preferably within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of writ of this order, keeping it open for the parties to take up all such contentions as would be available in facts, circumstances and in law. 4.
Writ petitions as such, stand disposed of.
