Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that the petitioners are intending to file revision/s before the Hon'ble Minister against the orders passed by the Commissioner, which are impugned in these petitions and thus seeks leave to withdraw these writ petitions. Learned counsel has also filed affidavits of respective petitioners in this regard and the same are taken on record. 2.

In view of above, leave granted. Writ petitions are disposed of as withdrawn.

It appears that alternate remedy is available to approach the

wp7068.15 -2Hon'ble Minister against the order passed by the Commissioner. Thus, the petitioners are at liberty to approach the Hon'ble Minister by filing revision/s. The Hon'ble Minister may consider the time spent in pursuing these writ petitions while deciding the application/s for condonation of delay, if any, if revision is filed within two weeks from today.
