We have heard Mr.Yeramwar, learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned AGP for Respondents.

We are not inclined to grant prayer clause {C}, as the consequences of non submission of validity certificate within one year are axiomatic.

Respondent No.2-Committee shall decide the proposal for verification of tribe claim of the petitioner expeditiously, preferably within three months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 15th June, 2019.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
