These are the applications for condonation of delay moved by the applicants/acquiring body.

Heard Mr S.G. Karlekar, learned counsel for the applicants/acquiring body and Mr R.D. Biradar, learned counsel for the respondent/original claimant in respective applications.

There seems to be delay of 782 days in preferring the appeals in all the matters.

Mr R.D. Biradar, learned counsel for the respondents/original claimants opposed to condone the delay.

Mr S.G. Karlekar, learned counsel for the applicants/acquiring body submitted that the delay was not intentional. The delay was occurred for completing the formalities and obtaining sanction from the competent authority. He, therefore, urged to condone the delay.

For the reasons stated in the applications for condonation of delay in para No. 3, it is necessary to condone the delay.

ORDER

(i) The applications for condonation of delay moved by the applicants/acquiring body are hereby allowed.

(ii) The Registry to make the scrutiny of the appeals as per procedure and thereafter, those be numbered and placed before the Court for admission.
