Before addressing us on the grounds set out in the memo of the petition, the learned advocate for the petitioners, on instructions, drew our attention to prayer clause (B) which reads as under: "B.
By issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or order in the like nature or direction to direct the respondent no.4 & 5 to decide representation dated 23.03.2020 and 16.07.2020 submitted by the petitioners within stipulated period and for that purpose may issue necessary orders/directions." 2.
He submits that respondent nos.4 and 5 can decide the representations within a stipulated period.

The learned advocate representing respondent no.5 submits that the representations can be decided by respondent no.5 within a period of three months.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed of. We expect respondent no.5 to decide the representations dated 23.03.2020 and 1/2
