Heard Mr Yeramwar, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner.

Issue notice to the respondent No. 1& 2, returnable forthwith. 3.

Learned A.G.P., on instructions, submitted before this Court that, though this Court directed the scrutiny committee to decide the claim of the petitioner before 15th April, 2019, due to certain procedural difficulties, the claim could not be decided within stipulated period. 4.

Learned A.G.P. makes a statement before this Court that the committee would decide the claim of the petitioner within one month from today. Statement made before this Court on behalf of respondent No. 2 is accepted as an undertaking to this Court. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
