This matter was listed yesterday before this Court and the Court heard the learned counsel for the applicant in extenso. When the Court was not inclined to grant relief in favour of the applicant, learned counsel sought adjournment for taking instructions from the applicant for withdrawal. Hence, the matter was fixed today.

2 Cr.Apln. 3069.2015 counsel for the applicant submits that he has instructions to withdraw the present Criminal Application. Permission granted.

However, learned counsel submitted that liberty be granted to the applicant to file application for bail afresh before the learned trial Court after filing of the charge sheet. 3.

Present Criminal Application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant to file application for bail afresh before the learned trial Court after filing of the charge sheet.
