The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner will file a detailed representation to respondent Nos. 2 and 3/ Management, stating therein the difficulties faced by the petitioner and he will request for his transfer at appropriate place. He seeks permission to withdraw the petition, with aforesaid liberty. 3.

In the circumstances, liberty is granted as prayed for. The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. In case such a representation is filed by
