Since this application is for condonation of delay in respect of getting the appeal restored as against respondent No.7 whose notice was returned but the said service has not been accepted as proper service by this Court and thereafter the appellant has failed to take steps against respondent No.7. Under such circumstance, there is no need to issue notice to respondent Nos.6 and 7 in respect of present application.

The delay is hereby condoned for the reasons stated in the application.

The appeal is restored as against respondent No.7.
