The Petitioner desires that a more convenient posting may be granted in the light of the circular dated 28.06.2018 and the Government Resolution dated 21.06.2023.

The learned Advocate representing the Zilla Parishad opposes the Petition contending that the Petitioner has been considered as per her request and has been transferred within the taluka for her convenience as per the Government Resolution dated 18.05.2011. The Petitioner has mentioned in her representation that while approaching the school, she faces deers
(( 2 )) 903-WP-5507-2024 and similar wild animals. It is, therefore, prayed that the Chief Executive Officer may consider the representation dated 04.04.2024. 3.
The learned Advocate for the Zilla Parishad submits that the Zilla Parishad does not assure any specific order. The representation may be considered on its own merits. 4.
In view of the above, this Writ Petition is disposed off. Let such representation be considered in the light of the applicable circulars/Government Resolutions, etc., within a period of ninety (90) days. In the event the Petitioner is favorably considered, the transfer shall occur only during the vacation.
