It is submitted that the validation proceeding of the petitioner is pending. The petitioner's third year examination result is withheld on the ground that the validity certificate is not submitted. The course of BDS is four years course.

In light of that, we pass the following order:

O R D E R

I.

The petitioner shall appear before the Scrutiny Committee on 27th July, 2021.

II.

The Committee shall endeavour to decide the

998 wp.7524.21.odt validation proceeding within six months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

III.

Respondent Nos.3 and 4 shall not withhold the result of the petitioner of 3rd year examination only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending. IV.

In case the petitioner is otherwise eligible, then the petitioner may not be refrained from prosecuting her studies in 4th year only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending.

V.

The Respondent Nos.3 and 4 may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in validation proceeding. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
