In both petitions, the petitioners are seeking directions to the respondent no. 3-Deputy Director of Education to decide the proposals submitted by the management seeking approval to their transfer from unaided section to aided section.

The petitioners are employees of respondent no. 4-Education Institution. Initially, they were rendering service in unaided school run by the respondent no. 4. They were transferred in the year 2023 from unaided school to the aided school run by the respondent no. 4. The management submitted proposals on 28.10.2023, 30.10.2023, 30.11.2023 and 30.05.2024, which are awaiting decision by the respondent no. 2. 4.
Learned A.G.P. submits that period of four weeks would be required for deciding the proposals.

In view of the statement made by the learned A.G.P., both the writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 3 to decide the petitioners' proposals within four weeks, on their own merits and communicate the decision to the management.

The Writ Petitions are disposed of.
