Heard Mr. Salunke, learned counsel for the applicants. Issue notice to respondent. Learned A.P.P. waives service for the respondent/State.

This criminal application is filed seeking to relax the condition imposed upon the applicants, only for a limited period from 18/5/2017 to 25/5/2017 for the purpose of attending the

Cri.Appln.No.2520/2017 marriage of their relatives. The limited prayer made by the applicants appears to be just and reasonable. Therefore, interim relief is granted in terms of prayer clause (C) of the criminal application. The criminal application is accordingly disposed of in terms of the interim relief.
