Learned counsel for the applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Application. The learned counsel prays for certain time bound directions to the learned Additional Sessions Judge to dispose of Special Case No. 33/2016. It is stated that material witnesses are examined and only Medical Officer, Investigating Officer and Officer of Forensic Laboratory are remained to be examined.

In view of the reasonable prayer made on behalf of the applicant, I am of the opinion that the application can be disposed of by giving certain time bound directions to the learned Additional Sessions Judge to dispose of Special Case.

The Criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn with directions to the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Osmanabad to dispose of Special Case (POCSO) No.33/2016 within three months.
