Heard. We are satisfied with the affidavit-inreply filed by the Superintendent of Police. Any further adjudication of the petition will lead to disputed question of facts. We are not looking to the nature of the controversy involved and material placed on record. We are not inclined to accede to the prayer of the petitioner to transfer the investigation to C.I.D. In that view of the matter, leaving open the remedy available before the appropriate forum, if the petitioner has any grievance, the petition stands rejected.
