Considering the fact that the proposals are pending with the Scrutiny Committee and the petitioners have been aspiring admission to a professional course, we dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondent No.2 - Scrutiny Committee to decide the proposal of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of four weeks.
