At present, we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition on merits as the Revision filed by Respondent No.3 is pending before the Divisional commissioner (Revenue), Nashik. If the illegal acts are committed or continuing, the petitioner may approach the authorities. 2.

Needless to state that the authorities have to take action against the illegal activities, of course by following due process of law. 3.
