The Petitioner claims to be belonging to the 'Thakur' Scheduled Tribe category. He has been placed on a supernumerary post, from 31/12/2019. He would be demitting office on 30/11/2024. His claim was initially before the Nashik Committee. After the Nandurbar Committee is established in 2006, the proposal was transferred to the Nandurbar Committee. Thereafter, it was transferred to the Dhule Committee, in 2022.

The learned A.G.P. submits on instructions from the Committee that the Petitioner will be heard on 25/06/2024 and the claim would be adjudicated upon within 60 days from today. The Petitioner is satisfied. He agrees to appear before the Committee at 11.00 a.m. on 25/06/2024.
