DATED : 1ST OCTOBER, 2015 ORDER :- Mr. Mahajan, learned counsel submits that the appeal filed by the insurance company has been dismissed and the appeal filed by present appellant is partly allowed. The Civil Application is filed for withdrawal of the amount deposited by insurance company. 2] In light of disposal of appeal by this Court vide judgment and order dated 24/2/2015, there would be no impediment to allow applicants to withdraw the amount.

3] In light of that, application is allowed. Applicants are allowed to withdraw the amount deposited by insurance company as per award passed. Civil Application is disposed of.
