When the Petition is called out for hearing, the Petitioner is not present. The Petitioner has raised grievance in this Petition that representation dated 25th May 2015 addressed to the Superintendent of Police, Osmanabad is not

cwp752.15 decided. In fact this Petition is filed on 16th June 2015 raising grievance that representation is not yet decided. We deprecate the practice of filing such Writ Petition thereby threatening the officers that in case representation is not decided, Petition would be filed in the High Court.
