So far as applicant Nos. 1,5 and 6 are concerned, having regard to the claim made in the petition, applicant Nos. 1, 5 and 6 are permitted to be withdrawn 1/4th amount out of the deposited amount. Rest of the amount be invested in a fixed deposit of Nationalized Bank, initially for a period of three years.

Applicant Nos. 2,3 and 4 are minors. So far as applicant Nos. 2, 3 and 4 are concerned, they be paid quarterly interest accrued on 1/3rd of the amount deposited.
