The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the election is on 29.10.2023 and in the instant petition the petitioners are challenging the non-inclusion of 14 members in the final voters list.

Any interference at this stage would lead to the interference in the election process. In view of the same, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to move appropriate forum to redress their grievance. 4.

With the above observations, the writ petition stands disposed of.
