This is an Application for Anticipatory Bail by three Applicants/Accused in connection with C.R. No. 0085 of 2025 registered with Pishor Police Station, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Rural), for the
2 905ABA829.2025.odt offence punishable under Sections 468, 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code. The said Crime is registered against six persons on the report lodged by one Nikhil Subhash Jaiswal. The gist of the FIR is that, accused persons demanded money from the informant on the pretext that they would transfer liquor license in his name, and received an amount of Rs.95,45,000/- from the informant and no liquor license was transferred.

Learned Advocate Mr. Ravindra B. Ade has filed Criminal Application No. 1798 of 2025 for assisting the Prosecution. The same is allowed. Criminal Application No. 1798 of 2025 stands disposed off. 3.
The learned APP for the State and the learned Advocate appearing for the Informant seeks time to argue the Application. Learned Senior Advocate appearing for the Applicant submits that the alleged offence is of the year 2017 and the FIR is lodged in the year 2025. He further submits that there are no allegations against Applicant No. 1 - Komal Devendra Khattar in the FIR and seeks interim protection to her extent. The learned APP and Advocate fairly admitted that in the FIR there are no allegations against Applicant No. 1 - Komal Devendra Khattar about acceptance of amount.

This Court had issued notice to the Respondents on 15.05.2025. Today the State is seeking time. In this view of the matter
3 905ABA829.2025.odt and in view of the above submissions, Applicant No. 1 - Komal Devendra Khattar is protected by the following interim order until the next date.
ORDER
[i] Time is granted to the learned APP to file reply. [ii] Till the next date, in the event of arrest of Applicant No. 1 - Komal Devendra Khattar in connection with C.R. No. 0085 of 2025 registered with Pishor Police Station, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Rural), for the offence punishable under Sections 468, 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code, she be released on her furnishing PB and SB of Rs.30,000/- [Rupees Thirty Thousand] with one or two sureties in the like amount.
[iii] Applicant No. 1 - Komal Devendra Khattar shall report to the concerned Police Station as and when required and cooperate with the Investigating Machinery.
[iv] Applicant No. 1 - Komal Devendra Khattar shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence in any manner.
