At the outset, learned A.P.P. appearing for the State, on written instructions, makes a statement that charge-sheet is filed in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Dondaicha, bearing Charge-sheet No.34 of 2017.

In the light of statement made by the learned A.P.P. appearing for the State, learned counsel appearing for the respective Applicants, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw these Applications with liberty to approach the concerned Court for anticipatory bail/ regular bail.

Both the Applications are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
