3 RA 66/2019 plus two ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsels for all the applicants. Learned Assistant Government Pleader was also heard for some time. Learned AGP submitted that some employees who were coming from other establishments and who are not on the establishment of the Collector, are not yet terminated but the State is taking steps. This Court wants the learned Assistant Government Pleader to produce record in respect of the action taken in respect of those employees who are working in other Departments and at other districts so that this Court can ascertain as to whether the orders of this Court are followed otherwise this Court intends to take action against the concerned. It is open to the learned counsel who had filed the public interest litigation to bring to the notice of this Court in the original matter that the State is not taking action. 2) The Chief Secretary to the Government is expected to look into the matter otherwise action will be taken. Authenticated copy is allowed to both the sides.

4 RA 66/2019 plus two 3) After hearing, when this Court expressed that the Court is not inclined to allow review applications, the learned counsels submitted on instructions that they want to withdraw review applications.
