The learned Advocate for the Applicant submits that since an order has been passed by the Competent Court invoking it's powers u/s 156(3) of the Cr.P.C., the Applicant desires to question the said order before the appropriate Forum. He prays for leave to withdraw this Application with a further prayer that all contentions be kept open. 3.

In view of the above, this Application is disposed off, as withdrawn on instructions. If the Applicant avails of a remedy as is permissible in law, all contentions are kept open and the withdrawal of this Application would not be an impediment.
