The learned A.G.P. has placed on record the communication received by him from the Police Inspector, Traffic Department, Jalgaon to the effect that in case they find that the petitioner or any other transporters are unauthorizedly engaged in transportation of the passenger, then they would not detain or seize the vehicle, but they will be issued memo and matter would be compounded on the spot and if the amount of fine is not paid as per the law, the matter would be filed in the Court.

Barlinge, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the purpose of the petition would stand served.
