Heard. While granting bail to the applicant, the applicant was directed not to enter Parbhani. The said condition is sought to be relaxed on the ground that the applicant's wife and three minor children stay at Parbhani and he is required to visit them to take their care. 2.
The learned A.P.P. has strongly objected to relax the condition. According to him, the applicant has criminal antecedents. A list of offences registered against the applicant is brought to the notice of this Court with an ultimate prayer to reject the application.

True, the applicant has criminal antecedents. The condition is sought to be relaxed mainly on the ground that he has the permanent resident at Parbhani. He has wife and three minor children to look after. Because of the condition, he is unable to visit them. On this sole ground, this Court is inclined to relax the said condition with a direction to the applicant to attend the Police Station everyday. 4.
In the result, the Criminal Application is allowed. The condition not to enter Parbhani is relaxed. The applicant is directed to attend Nanalpeth Police Station, Parbhani every day between 9.00 p.m. to 10.00 p.m. until conclusion of the trial.
