The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent nos. 4 and 5 have submitted the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as cook and the same is not decided. Even representations (Exh. 'C' page No. 17 and Exh. 'D' page No. 18) are made, however, the same are not considered. 2.

In case, the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner is pending with respondent nos. 2 and 3, then the competent authority

wp6003.18 shall decide the same on it's own merits, in accordance with law and policy, expeditiously, preferably within six months from today.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
