Heard the learned advocates for the parties. The Applicant (Husband) and the Respondent (Wife) are present in Court. 2.

Mr. Kanade, learned Advocate for the Applicant, at the outset, would draw the attention of the Court to an order dated 5 July 2025, passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nandurbar. This order is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification purposes. 3.

The learned Advocate for the Applicant would submit that as stipulated in Paragraph No.8 of the said order, the said Court observed that

( 2 ) 903 Cri.Appln- 1808 OF 2025 the marriage between the Applicant (Husband) and the Respondent (Wife) has been dissolved. This observation has been duly recorded in the order dated 5 July 2025, by which the proceedings have been ordered and decreed accordingly. Mr. Moinpasha, learned Advocate for the Respondent (Wife) did not dispute this position.

In the above circumstances, the present proceedings have become infructuous. Therefore, the parties seek liberty to withdraw these proceedings. 5.

Permission granted.

Criminal Application Nos.1808 of 2025 and 1809 of 2025 are Dismissed, as withdrawn.
