The petitioner is challenging the communication dated 02.06.2020 wherein the request of the petitioner for constitution of a separate Grampanchayat for village Yelpane is rejected. 2.

The election programme for the Group Grampanchayat has already been declared. At this stage, it would not be appropriate to entertain the petition.

The petitioner may take further steps after the elections are over for bifurcation of village panchayat in accordance with law.

Naturally, the position as would be existing when the petitioner moves to the authorities for constitution of a separate Grampanchayat shall be taken into consideration by the authorities. 5.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
