It is alleged that the applicants have mis-appropriated amount to the tune of Rs. 10,48,000/-. Mis-appropriation has taken place during the years between 2009 to 2013. The amount allegedly mis-appropriated is stated to have been deposited in the year 2017.

Merely, because the accused have deposited the amount that in itself does not absolve them from criminal liability. The request for quashment of First Information Report does not deserve to be entertained. Application is devoid of substance hence stands rejected.
