The learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent Nos. 1 to 4 submits that, the petitioner has got remedy of filing second revision in view of the judgment of the Apex Court in a case of Gurudassing Navoosing Panjwani Vs. State of Maharashtra reported in 2015(6) Mh.L.J. 915.
