Learned counsel for the petitioner submits, on instructions, that during the pendency of this petition, the petitioner has suffered termination at the hands of his employer and his appeal challenging the termination is sub-judice before the Tribunal. He, therefore, submits that as the petitioner has challenged his transfer and this Court has not granted any protection, this petition can be disposed as being infructuous. 2.

being infructuous.
