Mr. Patil, the learned counsel for petitioner submits that the proposal is submitted in December, 2014, with the respondents seeking approval to the appointments of the teaching and nonteaching staff. The same is not yet decided. 2.

The learned AGP submits that, in case, the said proposal is pending, the respondent no. 2 would decide the same on its own merits.

In the light of the above, we pass the following order

In case the proposal submitted by the petitioner (Exh. "B") is pending with respondent no. 2, then the respondent no. 2 shall decide it on its own merits in accordance with law and policy, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three (3) months from today.

The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. No costs.
