The applicant seeks leave to be added as a respondent in the Public Interest Litigation.

However, while hearing this civil application, the record is pointed out to us, indicating that after the enquiry was initiated, pursuant to certain orders of this Court in the Public Interest Litigation, the applicant was found guilty on some counts. After a full-fledged enquiry, he has also suffered punishment. He is independently challenging the disciplinary action and the

8820.22ca (2) punishment, in the separate proceeding.

The learned Advocate for the Public Interest Litigation petitioner concedes, that the present applicant has faced disciplinary proceedings and further orders in the Public Interest Litigation may not be necessary insofar as the said applicant is concerned.

In view of the above, this civil application is disposed off. Needless to state, the applicant is at liberty to assail the disciplinary action on it's own merits.
