Adv. A. G. Talhar, learned counsel for the petitioners, submits that the Auction Sale Notice dated 25.04.2019 was under challenge by way of this petition. Since the sale has already been completed, the petition has become infructuous to that extent. However, he seeks liberty to raise challenge to the sale, if permissible by any provision of law. 2.

Learned counsel for the respondents does not dispute the fact that the sale has been completed.
