The petitioner has put forth prayer clause 'A' as under :- A] By issuing the writ of mandamus or any other writ in the like nature, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct that, the respondents shall decide the shifting proposals dated 15.12.2020 and 18.02.2022 filed by the petitioner seeking shifting of her CL-III license No.33 from village Georai, District Beed to Property bearing No. 263, Gut No. 25, situated at village Dabhad, Tal. Ardhapur, Dist. Nanded within one month and further be pleased to grant permission for shifting/transfer the name of petitioner. 2.

The learned AGP representing the respondents submits, on instructions, that the proposal received by the competent authority would be considered, strictly in accordance with law and the policy applicable and the decision would be taken within 90 days. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. We expect,

WP No. 7003/2022 the respondents to take a decision on the proposals put forth by the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible and preferably, on or before 15th November, 2022.
