Perused the investigation papers in Crime No. 81 of 2016 and dying declaration of deceased Balu.

From the investigation papers, it depicts that there were differences between the applicants and deceased Balu, resulting into registration of N.C. The dying declaration and the first information report only attributes role of assault by fist blows and no specific role attributes to the applicants. There is hardly any material to connect the applicants to the crime in question.

In view thereof, ad interim protection granted by this Court vide order dated 09/06/23016 stands confirmed, on the following conditions. Hence, the following order:- (i) In the event of arrest, the applicants be released on bail, in connection with Crime No. 81 of 2016 registered with Dhule Police Station, District Dhule, for an offence punishable under Sections 302, 307, 143, 147, 323 of the Indian Penal Code, upon furnishing P.R. bond of Rs.15,000/- with one surety in the like amount, by each of them.

(ii) The applicants shall attend the concerned police station on 29th and 30th June 2016 between 10-00 a.m. to 12-00 noon and thereafter as and when called by the Investigating Officer. (iii) The applicants shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence. 4.
