The petitioner has challenged the resolution of 'No Confidence Motion' against her dated 5th May 2015 and the order dated 11th June 2015 passed by the Additional Collector, Ambajogai in Appeal No. 5/2015.

It is submitted that no confidence motion has been acted upon and new Sarpanch has been elected. Both the parties agree that in view of subsequent events, this petition has rendered infructuous. 4.
