Learned counsel for applicants requests for stay to implementation of judgment and award dated 08-03-2013 passed in land acquisition reference no. 211 OF 2001.

There shall be interim stay to operation of judgment and award, on the condition that amount under the award is deposited in this court within a period of four (4) weeks from today. In case of failure to deposit the amount, the ad-interim relief referred to above of stay to execution of the impugned judgment and award shall cease to operate without further reference to the court. 6.
