Both the parties informed that due to mediator, the mediation is successful. Parties have arrived at compromise. They have executed affidavit dated 23.09.2022. The same is taken on record containing terms of settlement. Parties are present before the Court and state that there is no dispute about the terms of settlement. As a part of settlement one cheque is already issued for an amount of Rs. 7,25,000/- (Rs. Seven Lakh Twenty Five Thousand only). Another cheque is post dated cheque bearing date as 17.01.2023 issued for an amount of Rs. 7,25,000/- (Rs. Seven Lakh Twenty Five Thousand only).

In view of the terms of settlement and joint request made by the parties represented by the learned advocates, the revision application is disposed of.
