Heard learned Counsel appearing for the applicant-petitioner.

By way of present application, the

7696.18ca (2) applicant prays for early hearing of the petition. It is submitted that the petition is in advanced age and facing certain health issue.

Our attention is invited to the earlier order passed by the Division Bench of this Court dated 5th January, 2018, which reads thus :

"List the matter for final hearing in the week commencing from 22.01.2018, in its chronological order."

In view of earlier order passed by the Division Bench of this Court, we direct the office to list the petition as per its turn and be shown in the cause list.
