The grievance of the petitioner is that his application for transfer on the ground of couple convenience is not considered. 3.

In case, the application filed by the petitioner (page 23) is pending with respondent No.2, then respondent No.2 shall take decision upon it on its own merits, in accordance with law and policy, preferably within one month.
