The applicant - acquiring body is seeking condonation of delay of 305 days, which appears to be caused due to obtaining sanctions at various stages. There is no strong objection from other side and therefore the delay of 305 days stands condoned.

The applicant - acquiring body is seeking extension of time to deposit the amount of compensation as directed by this Court. It appears that, this Court had directed the applicant - acquiring body to deposit 50% of total compensation amount out of which only 25% amount has been deposited. The learned Counsel for the respondents - claimants though objected the application but considering the earlier deposition, the time to deposit the remaining 25% amount is extended by further period of eight weeks as last chance.
