Present writ petition is filed assailing rejection of nomination of petitioner by the Returning Officer for Election of Gangadham Row Houses Co-operative Housing Society, Ltd. Latur, District Latur. It appears that by way of interim order dated 23.5.2025, directions were given to accept nomination of petitioner subject to final outcome of the writ petition, however, it is informed that all the petitioners have lost election and, therefore, nothing subsists for decision in this writ petition.

In that view of the matter, writ petition stands disposed off. All points kept open.
