Mr. Totala holding for Mr. Anand Bhandari, learned Advocate for the Applicant, states that the delay is only of 19 days. The delay is

903.Cri.Appln.1974-2022.doc caused only due to a communication gap between the Advocate and Applicant. Because of the same communication gap, it took some time to collect the necessary documents and the matter could not be filed. 4.

Learned Advocate for the Respondent opposed the application stating that this is not sufficient and acceptable reason to condone the delay.

Considering the delay is of only 19 days and the reason stated in the Paragraph No.4 of the application, the Criminal Application No.1974/2022 is allowed and the delay is hereby condoned. The Criminal Application is disposed of accordingly. 6.
